This week I have started potty training Jared. Without going into too many details, I think that it has been moderately successful so far (he's not putting up a fight or anything!) but I'm sort of paranoid about letting him go farther than 20 feet away from the bathroom. Thus, I have not been on the computer much. In fact, our computer, a laptop, has been in our kitchen so that we can watch DVD's upstairs close to the bathroom instead of downstairs. I'll post pictures of cute Jared sitting on the John someday when I can get around to it.
It's crazy how detached I feel when I don't get on the computer at all during the day!
Wish me luck for the next few days. . .weeks. . .months. . .
Edit: I just noticed my baby ticker says 50 days left! Holy cow!! Where has the time gone???

No worries about chatting. We'll get to Mary Poppins when we get to Mary Poppins.
Only 7 weeks left. Give or take a couple. (Hopefully not "give". 40 weeks is plenty.)
Oh--good luck with the potty training!!! I have finally calmed down about it and haven't pushed it too much. We're just using Pull-ups and some days Katelyn keeps them totally dry and some (fine. MOST) days she doesn't but using Pull-ups has made the whole thing a LOT less stressful to me.
I have a few less days on my ticker than you and I feel the SAME way. Where has the time gone?!?!?! We don't even have K in a big girl bed yet! Is Jared still doing well in his?

Potty-training...one of the biggest tests of motherhood! Hope your sanity and patience will survive, and that Jared cooperates for you. In the end, the stubborn kids will just do it when they are ready! Good luck!
